KreativLAB producers

At KreativLab producers from the regional dance centres will meet to strenghten their knowledge and skill within the field.

This is part of CODA’s strategy to stimulate the perfroming art scene throughout Norway.

The seminar is a collaboration with Bærum Kulturhus and will be held on the 1st of October.

 

The seminar aims to give producers an arena to share working methods and experiences. Each producer have specific experiences from working within their region, and their artists.

To lead an inspire the participants we’ve gathered four experienced producers from the performing arts:

PeO Sander – Stockholms konstnärliga högskola

PeO Sander, lecturer at Stockholms konstnärliga högskola.

Has years of experience with a variety of perfoming arts venues and arenas. From producer in specific productions and projects, consultant for arts organizations and different educational venues.

PeO will lead the sessions on “Career development for producers”

Kristin Skiftun – Dansens hus

Production manager at Dansens Hus, and freelance producer.

13 years of experience from various theaters and started working at Dansens hus in 2012

Strong interest in the connection between stage management and producers, and artist relations to institutions.

Kristin will talk about the role producers have in making an artistic idea come alive.

Live Rosenvinge Jackson – CODA Oslo International Dance Festival

Live Rosenvinge Jackson is head of administration at CODA. Has experience as dance company producer from Norway and England.

As a producer she has worked on several perfomring arts projects from inception, through planning of strategy to realization and touring. At CODA she works closely with the artistic director in matters on festival programming, planning and implemantation of the festival, and organizational development.

Live is leading all joint sessions and will talk about arts and corporate relations.

Rudi S. Jensen – Skuespiller- og danseralliansen

Rudi is currently a consultant for the actor and dance alliance.

He has broad experience from both artisitc and economical and administrative areas of performing arts. He’s studied directing at ESAC, Brussels, and holds a BA from Akademi for Scenekunst and market economy Norwegian Business School.

He is a member of the grants council at SPENN, and artistic board for Østfold kulturutvikling. Formerly he was a member of the board for Dansekunst i Østfold.
