The DEN seminar for producers

Registration for The DEN seminar arranged by CODA dancefest21 at Performing Arts Hub Norway on October 21st and October 22nd is now open!

We are now ready for the last part of the seminar series, a two-day seminar moderated by PeO Sander, senior lecturer in Performing Arts Production at Stockholm University of the Arts. There will be input from producers and artists from home and abroad, and there will be opportunities for networking and good conversations. We are  accompanied by Ragnheidur Skuladottir, (director of the Arctic Arts Festival), Amy Fee (managing director of Danscentrum Sverige) and Gunn Hernes (director of the Nordic House in the Faroe Islands).

The theme for these two days will be “Models for working in a changing art world.”

The final 2-day seminar will be held on October 21st and 22nd in Observatoriegata 1B, meetingroom 70, by CODA dancefest21.

Among other things, there will be conversations about new production skills, sustainable tournaments, preparations for a new future, diversity and inclusion, communication with the audience in the pandemic and models for change. The experiences and questions from the participants are important parts of this seminar, and there will be time for exchange and questions.

A major in performing arts production, PeO Sander, is an associate professor of Performing Arts Production at Stockholm University of the Arts. He has many years of experience from working with various performing arts environments as a producer in productions and projects, a consultant in about thirty performing arts organizations and in various educational environments.
