Nostalgia isn’t what it used to be

Ingrid Berger Myhre’s dance background is from the Laban Centre in London and Amsterdam School of The Arts. With an artistic base in Amsterdam she explores how the performer’s autonomous power in own voice and body unite the forum of conventional theatre with the modern individual’s form of expression and relationships.

She says of this solo that she has “an ideological wish to offer spectators herself along with the whole world, by finding her way to the reality of the theatre forum rather than its illusion.”
