Absolutely Untitled

This performance was originally made for Europride Oslo, in 2014, and was shown as part of the Pride House programme at the House of Literature, together with musician Hege Rimestad.

The starting point for the project is the choreographer’s ‘alter ego’: an undefinable character that is neither man nor woman, neither child nor adult, animal or human  – and at the same time – all of this, in a continuous changeable play.

How nature and culture is intertwined in the human body is a basic inspiration for the work.

A goal is to open up for the possible contact with our (countless?) sides and possibilities.

The figure may contain any movement. And every movement will be seen and be read in the light of the context, here: the CODA festival.

The performance is improvised.
