Classes description

These five classes will use the practice of Ashtanga Yoga to investigate the way we breathe. While staying in the yoga postures, as well as moving in and out of them. According to the principles of yoga tension get stored up in the body when we don’t breath properly. The breath is our direct contact with the life force and thus learning to receive the breath a little better will release stagnant energy patterns from within and help us move into a greater state of Grace.

“We are all students of life and Yoga puts us in contact with who we truly are – beyond our wildest imagination, expectations and fears – and hopefully instils an integration of something that is uncluttered by our conditioning, something that is real at all times.” – Alexander Medin
